Common questions
Everything You Need to Know Before Your First Fill-Up.
Is CNG safe for my vehicle?
Yes. CNG cylinders are manufactured to withstand pressures far beyond normal operating conditions and are fitted with automatic pressure relief valves. Unlike petrol, CNG disperses safely in air rather than pooling on the ground — making it less dangerous in the event of a leak. All conversions we carry out use EWURA-approved equipment and certified installation.
Can I still use petrol after converting?
Yes — all our conversions are bi-fuel. Your vehicle runs on CNG as the primary fuel and switches to petrol automatically if your CNG runs low. You will never be stranded. You keep full petrol capability as a backup.
Does converting void my manufacturer's warranty?
We install EWURA-approved kits using certified procedures. Many manufacturers accept EWURA-approved CNG conversions without voiding the warranty, but we recommend checking your specific manufacturer's position. We provide a full conversion certificate for your records and any future warranty claims.
How long does a conversion take?
Most petrol sedans: 7–8 hours. Bajajis: 3 hours. We use an appointment system and aim to return your vehicle the same day.
What payment methods do you accept at the pump?
Cash (TZS), M-Pesa, Tigopesa, and fleet billing accounts.
Do I need to book ahead to fill up?
No — the station is open 24/7 with no booking required. Pull in and fill up at any time.
